Between real and imaginary spaces

As part of the modernization of the headquarters of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association in Frankfurt, unit-design has been commissioned to devise an intervention in the building's inner courtyard. In collaboration with Frankfurt-based artist Franz Mon, unit-design has come up with a design that uses lighting elements reminiscent of three-dimensional bookmarks featuring text to create the sense of an imaginary space superimposed over the actual space.
