The headquarters of China Central Television, designed by Rem Koolhaas/OMA, is regarded as an icon of global architecture. For its opening, planned for 2008, CCTV held a competition and invited internationally renowned corporate design and signage experts to take part. The building was completed in 2012.
Working with Studio Dumbar, which drafted the corporate design, unit-design came up with a program of branding and signage that created synergies with the design from OMA.
